I do not have many pictures of my teaching journey until my practicum in the Winter of 2024, so the images in this section will showcase what I have done in my lessons so far.
For one of my lessons, I had students write what they were grateful for in response to “The Grateful Book” by Angela Kohler.

One of my more creative lessons was for students to create a comic strip about hibernation. We brainstormed about animals, setting, and plot, and I taught them about onomatopoeia and some new story-related terms.

Lastly, my first practicum class had the students create “Thank You” books, in which they drew a picture and discussed what they liked about me and my practicum partner. We were both given individual books from all 24 students.
