The Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action is a PDF from the website dedicated to spreading the truth about what happened in the Residential Schools. The TRC travelled across Canada to hear the stories of over 6,000 Residential School survivors, their families, communities, and anyone else who was personally affected by the Residential Schools. The 94 Calls to Action calls upon the federal government to act on their calls under the following categories: child welfare, education, language and culture, health, justice, and reconciliation. As future teachers, we must act on the calls because we play a powerful role in shaping future generations.
